General Delivery Information

Jardine products are delivered free of charge to most UK postcodes.

Excluded Postcodes for free delivery

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Scottish Highlands, or offshore islands (including Isle of Wight and Isle of Man).

Excluded postcodes are as follows: Isle of Man, Wight & Scilly, Jersey (JE), Guernsey (GU), Northern Ireland (BT), HS, AB31-38, AB40-56, IV1-28, IV30-36, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-38, PH4-41,PH49-50, IV41-49, IV51, 55 & 56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE

However all these offshore and highland postcodes can be given a quote of how much it would cost to deliver.

UK Delivery Times

Jardine make all of their products to order. There can be an 8-12-week lead time for this, including delivery.

Couriers used

Yodel, Evri, DHL, DX and Royal Mail. Pallex for large items. 

Pallet Deliveries

Large, heavy items are delivered by pallet. Please note that due to restrictions regarding hand-operated pallet trucks, it is not possible to deliver to areas of soft ground, including gravel. These will be kerb-side deliveries only. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

Due to value of these product, a signature is always required on delivery.
