Couriers and tracking
Will I receive a tracking number?
Most orders include a tracking number that will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Some orders are sent using Royal Mail 2nd Class and so not tracked. You will find further information about delivery from the product pages.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order at franktons.com by logging in to your account. All you need is the email you used to make your order.
A security code will be sent to this address, enter this code on the following page to login.
You'll be presented with a list of previous orders. Choose the order that you wish to track for further details.
How will I be updated about my order
You will receive an email confirmation once you have placed your order.
You will receive updates as your order progresses. You'll be told when a member of staff has received your order, when it has been sent for picking and packaging, and finally you'll be informed about dispatch.
If your delivery has a tracking number, you'll be notified about this in the dispatch email.
Will my delivery arrive in one package?
If your order has more than one item, it is possible that they might arrive separately. This may happen if the items are fulfilled by one of our approved suppliers. You will be notified of this as your order progresses.
Which couriers do you use?
Frankton's primarily use EVRI and Parcelforce.
Couriers can vary depending if your order (or any part of your order) is fulfilled by one of our approved suppliers.
However your order is sent, you can expect the same level of update information as your order progresses.
Can I provide safe place information in case I'm out?
When you make your order, you can leave a note to leave your item in a safe location.
The decision to leave in a safe place rests with the courier.
