Can I return an item if I change my mind?

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return your items to us for any reason in the first 30-days and receive a refund.

All you have to do is return the item(s) in the condition you received them. 

How to I start this type of return?

All returns are completed online and you don't need to have an account setup previously.

Go to your customer account with this link.

Enter the email address used to place the order. A security code will be sent to this address, enter this code on the following page to login.

You'll be presented with a list of previous orders. Choose the order that contains the product(s) you wish to return. 

Choose "Request return" on the right hand side. 

Check off each item you want to send back and provide the reason.

Then click "Request Return".

What happens next?

Once we receive your return request, it will be reviewed. Nearly every return is approved. We will send you a returns label to print.

What if I can't print a returns label?

If you can't print a returns label, please let us know and we will arrange an alternative. This might be an in-store printer for smaller items or for larger items, the driver will arrive with labels.

Will you collect my item?

If you've changed your mind about an item, you'll have to take the item to the nearest drop-off location, except circumstances of very large items, where we will arrange collection.

Will I pay for returning my item?

If you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for paying for the return.

We will deduct this cost from the refund we make to you.

What if I cannot return the item in the condition it was received?

The item needs to be returned to us in a condition that will allow it to be sent to other customers. If we don't think this is the case, we will explain why and deduct a reasonable amount from your refund.
