Do you provide warranties with your products?
All of our products come with manufacturer warranties. For products that have a short warranty from the manufacturer, Frankton's provide a limited 12 month warranty instead.
My item has become faulty after having it a while. What should I do?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and tell us about your problem. Provide the original order number and describe the issue as best as possible. Please include photos as necessary.
We will look over your warranty claim and let you know if it is successful.
What is not covered under warranty?
Most product warranties do not extend to general wear and tear, aesthetic blemishes or other issues not affecting structural integrity.
These are general rules and each case has to be looked at individually.
Who do I contact if I have a problem with my product?
The contract for your order is between you and Frankton's the retailer and so you should contact us first.
